What is the delivery process?
After placing an order, the user will receive a notification once the order has been approved by a partner liquor store. The store will then prepare the order for delivery and one of our delivery drivers will bring the order to the location you requested.
How long do deliveries take?
Delivery times vary, depending on the partner liquor store. If weather is an issue then we will call you to let you know of an estimated delivery time. If a delivery needs to be scheduled ahead of time, please call us at (212) 369-5656 or email email@example.com.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free with optional tip for the delivery driver.
Will I need a ID to accept the delivery?
Yes. Delivery personnel will ask for an ID and will verify the validity of the identification on their smartphones. The delivery driver, will ask you to produce your ID along with the credit card used to make the purchase.
Do I have to be present to accept the delivery?
Yes, but if you cannot, then someone over 21 years of age or older with a valid government issued ID must be present at the drop-off address, to sign and receive the order. If the above criteria is not met then your order will be canceled and you will be charged a $20 restocking fee.
What are common delivery refusal reasons?
- Fake or expired identification
- Customer is under the age of 21
- Customer is clearly intoxicated
What are your delivery hours?
Generally, we are able to deliver between 10am to 10:00pm Mon-Sat; and on Sundays from 12pm to 8:00pm.
